Jennell Evans

Jennell oversees our consulting and client services teams and contributes to key client engagements. Jennell has 25+ years of experience in organizational development and simulation-based leadership programs. She facilitates executive strategy sessions and also teaches leaders how to reduce stress, maintain focus and increase critical thinking through mindfulness practices. She holds a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Certificate of Instructional Design and a Masters of Organizational Development from Marymount University. Jennell is our Practice Leader of  Leadership Minds & Matters and Chief Mindfulness Officer of Music City Meditation, two SI divisions.  She completed her meditation teacher training at the McLean Meditation Institute. Jennell, a graduate of Leadership Fairfax and former Board Chair, also  blogs for Psychologytoday.com whenever possible.

David F. Swink

David spearheads the design of our learning programs. He helped pioneer the use of interactive behavioral simulations™ over 30 years ago. David provides threat assessment training to universities and companies as well as our corporate leadership engagements. Formerly, he was the Director of the National Institute of Mental Health Training Program in Psychodrama and Group Psychotherapy and is past President of the American Society of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama. David is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a former adjunct faculty member of Catholic University. Receiving both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees at East Carolina University, David is a recipient of The East Carolina University “Outstanding Alumnus” Award. David’s work has been featured by national news media including, 60 Minutes, The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and The Washington Post. He is a blogger for Psychology Today.com.

Chuck Miller

In the course of 25 years of management, leadership and executive development experience, Chuck Miller has worked with thousands of individuals worldwide, from emerging leaders to CEO's of major corporations. Her extensive training and insightful understanding of workplace challenges and human behavior, enables her to positively impact our clients representing a wide variety of industries. Chuck focuses on the practical applications of leadership, such as building strategic relationships, managing change and transitions, leveraging diversity, and developing high performing teams. Chuck previously served as Senior Advisor of Training and Organizational Effectiveness at Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac). She was also part of the national training staff of the American Red Cross. Chuck received both her B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Missouri.

Lauren N. Nile
Lauren N. Nile, J.D.

Attorney-At-Law, Senior Consultant

 

Lauren is an attorney, trainer and speaker specializing in Diversity and Prevention of Sexual Harassment. Lauren has conducted training and consultation for the White House and many Fortune 500 corporations. She co-founded the New England consortium of Black Admissions counselors. She worked as a specialist in the Office for Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare and served as Chief of CETA Affirmative Action Compliance for the State of New York. Lauren also served as Staff Attorney for the Women’s Equity Action League in Washington, D.C. Lauren completed her undergraduate degree at the University of New Orleans, her graduate degree at the University of Connecticut, and her law degree at Cornell Law School.

Kerry Altman

Kerry Altman has over 30 years experience delivering learning programs to corporations and government agencies in the areas of conflict resolution, violence prevention, threat assessment and behavioral sciences. Kerry completed his undergraduate work in psychology at The American University, and his graduate work at the California School of Professional Psychology. Kerry leverages his expertise in communication strategies with his psychology background in delivering our programs. Kerry is the author of The Wisdom of the Five Messengers: Learning to Follow the Guidance of Feelings, published by Sidran Press, 2007.

Ira Orchin, Ph.D.

Senior Consultant

 

Ira Orchin is a licensed clinical psychologist and corporate trainer. He specializes in providing programs to corporations and government agencies in the areas of conflict resolution, sexual harassment, and workplace violence. Ira integrates his expertise in individual and group dynamics with his background in psychology and psychodrama to provide experiential training programs. He has delivered our programs in over 17 countries. Ira received his B.A. in Child Development from Tufts University, his M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann University, and his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Temple University. Ira has also served on the faculties of Hahnemann University and Immaculata College.

Adam Swink

Adam is the go-to person that coordinates communications and project related tasks   between Strategic Interactions clients and staff.  Adam is also a digital marketing strategist who manages all social media, graphic design and website updates for the firm.  Adam, a graduate of Belmont University, participates in client engagements involving university threat assessment training.
