In 1990, Jennell Evans and David Swink co-founded our firm with one Mac Plus computer and an unwavering belief that they could make a difference in the corporate world by pioneering a new way for people to learn leadership skills. Their innovative approach of using live, Interactive Behavioral Simulations™ was a welcome alternative to traditional role-play techniques.

 

We have purposely remained a boutique-size consultancy to focus on client engagements with the greatest impact. Our team of talented professionals hold advanced degrees in either psychology, human resources, social work, education, organizational development, or law. We are experts in facilitation, group dynamics and the subject matter that we teach.

 

In 2020, we continue to work with stellar clients who believe that investing in their employees’ professional growth and development creates not only more productive people, but healthier and happier people. Seeing these people and their organizations thrive provides us with a deep sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. That is WHY we do this work.

 

We believe in social responsibility and provide pro bono services to several nonprofits each year.  We dedicate a percentage of our profits to worthy social causes like Make-A-Wish Foundation, and volunteer with organizations that make a difference such as Musicians On Call and Nashville's Entrepreneur Center.
