• An advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, Organizational Development, Law, Counseling, Business, Education, or another Behavioral Science
• Experience delivering training in a corporate environment
• An expertise in the area in which you are delivering services
• Acting experience or psychodrama training
• The ability to work easily with others on a team
• The ability to work on an “as needed” basis for Strategic Interactions, Inc.
