Strategic Interactions, Inc. is a unique community of professionals (employees and consultants), who all hold doctorates or advanced degrees in the behavioral sciences of psychology, human resources, social work, education, organizational development, and/or law. In addition, we are experts in facilitation, group dynamics and the subject matter that we teach.

Many of us have been conducting simulation-based training to organizations all over the world for over 25 years.

The integration of these attributes is what differentiates SI from theater based training groups. While our training captivates the audience, it is much more than a show. Using of Interactive Behavioral Simulations®, SI’s team of Learning Facilitators and Interactors instruct, facilitate, and act while audience members learn the skills and strategies essential for successful business practices. Participants get the chance to interact with the SI team in a non-threatening environment—our approach is very different from traditional role playing.

Behind the scenes, our Client Service Team ensures projects run smoothly, from the diagnostic phase through final evaluation. We have successfully managed projects ranging from a one day, twelve person workshop to programs involving 8,000 employees in over 17 countries. Client references are available upon request.
