PLANNING, PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT AND PREVENTION SERVICES
Our History
Since 1990, Strategic Interactions (SI) has helped people in organizations improve their performance by engaging them to learn communication skills, envision workplace changes, and integrate corporate values far more successfully than with traditional training methods. We achieve this by incorporating live interactive behavioral simulations® into training initiatives, retreats and workshops. We pioneered this powerful methodology into the workplace.

Industry leaders, such as America Online, Deloitte & Touche, Discovery Communications, and government agencies, including the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Secret Service, use our unique services. Some of the organizations we've worked with for over a decade are listed in our “Partial Client List.”

Typical SI engagement teams include lawyers, psychologists, business strategists, trainers, and organizational development professionals. All of our Learning Facilitators are subject matter experts and skilled actors who take roles in client-specific simulations so that participants do not have to "role-play" and pretend to be someone other than themselves. Our core areas of expertise are:

Planning
Performance Improvement
Prevention

We recognize that each organization has distinct needs. We do not provide generic courses or presentations. We spend time with our clients before devising strategy sessions and/or course designs that accurately reflect the organization's culture and objectives. Some examples of client engagements include:

Facilitating a meaningful understanding of a company's values, mission, and vision to thousands of employees at all levels,

Educating employees about how to create an inclusive workforce, and

Teaching ways to prevent and prepare for crisis in the workplace.

Our award-winning interactive behavioral simulations® have been featured on TV shows including “60 Minutes,” “Good Morning America” and “Nightline.” They have been the subject of numerous articles, including in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times and Roll Call.

We move people in organizations from concept to action. Contact us to learn more.
