At Strategic Interactions, Inc., we provide Planning, Performance Improvement, and Prevention services in a creative, intelligent and engaging way using live, Interactive Behavioral Simulations®—a unique methodology we pioneered in the workplace, ensuring that people "get it." We engage people in organizations to move from theoretical concepts to action, … “to take it off the page” … and immediately apply what they learn.

Our simulations depict real life scenarios in organizations, acting as catalysts for learning critical communication skills, brainstorming strategies or visioning future initiatives. Our team of psychologists, lawyers, and organizational strategists, who are also actors, take the roles in simulations as an actual "team member," a "customer," or a "division leader." We do not conduct traditional role playing activities or ask others to do so. People learn by observing our simulations, interacting with our Learning Facilitators and practicing new communication skills and strategies in a risk-free environment.
