Interactive behavioral simulations® depict challenging situations that clients will encounter in their workplace. All of our simulations are created in collaboration with our clients to ensure a high level of realism and to achieve their learning objectives.
Our team of Learning Facilitators conduct the interactive behavioral simulations®, rotating between the roles of the instructor/coach and simulation actor.
Our simulation actors take their roles fully and realistically, never slipping out of character. Participants are able to practice skills and strategies and to experience the results of their actions in a non-threatening, risk-free environment. Just like a video, our live simulations can be "frozen," "rewound," or even "deleted." Participants analyze the dynamics, brainstorm strategies/solutions, and receive coaching from our team. Since 1990, we have developed methods that motivate people to participate in our simulations. We make learning fun, effective, and entertaining, while never putting people "on the spot."
Our interactive behavioral simulations® have been featured on TV shows including 60 Minutes, Good Morning America and Nightline. They have been the subject of numerous articles, including in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, and Roll Call.
